I recently underwent aggressive behaviour training with the guys at Soteria and found myself more confident in protecting myself in high intensity incidents. Peter and William made the training both engaging and educational.

The risk and situational awareness training was interactive and insightful. William and Peter had the knowledge and understanding of staff situations and gave tips on how best to approach a situation when needed. I have applied the knowledge and used techniques many times in my role.

As a school student I have used the knowledge I learnt from Peter and William not only at work but in everyday life too. They were hands on and all my questions they had an answer for. Everyone should take part!
