Peter’s qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. However, he believes that his true expertise lies in his extensive operational experience gained from serving in the army and law enforcement. This background has provided him with a deep understanding of risk mitigation and promoting the safety of individuals in challenging environments.
As both a trainer and owner of Soteria Blue, Peter is committed to continuous improvement. He actively contributes to the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs, aiming to equip businesses and their employees with the skills necessary to navigate potential risks effectively.
William Carroll

Meet William, a committed trainer and owner at Soteria Blue, a trusted provider of risk management services. With a diverse background and a range of qualifications, Will brings a comprehensive skill set to support businesses working with vulnerable individuals.
With experience as a crisis intelligence manager and in the army, Will has gained valuable insights in risk assessment and crisis management. His qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Analysis, Bachelor of Business, Diploma of Security and Risk Management, Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Harnessing his experience in risk mitigation, Will has a particular focus on delivering important services for people-centric businesses, such as comprehensive risk assessments, compliance with auditing standards and WH&S property assessments.
